We are thinking of everyone in our community, in the country and in the world – keep safe.

Ready for our tenants

Our affordable housing is nearing completion – providing people with a great opportunity to live in a wonderful inner-city location.  Redfern offers you everything you need right at your doorstep – train station, schools, cafes, restaurants, shops, local services, parks, community, and easy access to the city, universities, and TAFE.

The “Pemulwuy Project” has been built to last with quality materials inside and out.  Our apartments and townhouses are generously sized with the latest designer fittings.  All have spacious living areas, top-of-the line kitchens with stainless steel ovens and dishwashers, air conditioning, stylish bathrooms, and separate laundries.  Large balconies and terraces allow for a fabulous flow between indoor/outdoor life.

We are planning to move new tenants into the affordable housing by the end of this year and we encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to apply to live at  “Pemulwuy” through our website:- https://www.ahc.org.au/housing/applications/.

*Please check our eligibility criteria before completing our “Expression of Interest” form online.
