“PEMULWUY PROJECT’ wins DEVELOPMENT EXCELLENCE AWARD 2021!

The AHC and our board are very excited to announce that the “PEMULWUY PROJECT” won the 2021 URBAN TASKFORCE AUSTRALIA award for urban renewal development.
An award night was held on 10th of November at Darling Harbour, attended by Uncle Micky, Alisi, Lani and Fouad Deiri (Managing Director of Deicorp).
After many years of trying to bring about the redevelopment of our land it is wonderful to be recognised like this.
 
Urban Taskforce is a non -profit organisation representing prominent property developers and equity financiers. They provide a forum for people involved in the development and planning of urban environments to engage in constructive dialogue with the government and the community.
Urban Taskforce’s mission is to promote:
*Efficient planning and environment laws
*Quality urban design
*Increased economic activity and improved quality of life in urban communities

AHC OFFICE OPENING

After a gradual return-to-work after lockdown the AHC office is open from today, Monday 8 November, 2021.
Visitors can attend the office Monday-Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm.  Please call 9319 1824 to make an appointment in this time frame.
*In accordance with Covid-19 regulations visitors must be double vaxed and wear a mask please.

COVID- 19 – AHC UPDATE

  • The AHC office has been closed to the public due to the latest Covid-19 situation. We will remain closed until further notice for the safety and health of our staff and any visitors to our office. Due to the office closure we will be unable to provide any letters of support or any Aboriginalities for the time being.
  • Work on the “Pemulwuy Project” site will continue.
  • AHC tenants should contact their agent for any urgent repairs or the AHC directly if agents are unavailable. Please call us if you have any queries or issues regarding your tenancy and/or the COVID19 situation.
